FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are the questions we hear most often from new clients. If your question isn’t answered here,
get in touch  we’re happy to talk through your program requirements.

GETTING STARTED

Simply get in touch via our enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp. Tell us what you’re looking for even if it’s just a rough idea at this stage. We’ll have a conversation about your requirements, and from there we’ll guide you through the process. There is no cost and no commitment in reaching out.

Both. We work with established Australian uniform suppliers who need a reliable manufacturing partner, and with newer brands that are building their program from the ground up. As long as your project meets our minimum order requirements, we’re open to the conversation.

We work on a B2B basis with uniform suppliers, resellers, and corporate uniform buyers who
manage programs for multiple clients. We don’t generally supply small one-off orders directly to businesses outfitting their own staff  our model is best suited to those managing uniform programs professionally.

SAMPLING & DEVELOPMENT

Yes — always. Sampling is a non-negotiable part of our process. No garment goes into production without a physical sample that you have reviewed and approved in writing. This protects you from quality surprises and ensures the bulk production matches your expectations.

Yes. If you send us an existing garment or sample, we will assess it, replicate the construction and specification, and develop a counter-sample for your approval. We can also suggest improvements to fit, fabric, or construction where relevant.

Once approved, you can take part in the Model Academy, our online model training course, or jump straight in and start applying to castings (modeling jobs) to connect with professionals.

Sample charges apply and vary depending on the complexity of the garment and the fabrics involved. Sample costs are typically credited against the production order. We will provide a clear breakdown of sample costs before proceeding.

PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

Our minimum order quantity is typically 200–300 pieces per style. This can vary depending on the garment type, fabric, and program complexity. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll let you know what’s feasible.

Production lead time is typically 60–90 days after sample approval. This depends on the garment
type, fabric sourcing requirements, and factory capacity. We provide a production timeline with every order confirmation so you can plan your delivery expectations.

Yes — and this is where the partnership model really shows its value. We keep your pattern files, fabric details, and specifications on record so that repeat orders can be produced accurately and consistently, season after season.

We inspect every order before shipment and address quality issues before they leave the factory. If a problem is identified, we will communicate it to you immediately and work to resolve it — whether that means correction, replacement, or another agreed solution. We don’t ship garments that don’t meet the approved specification.

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

Quality is managed at several stages: fabric inspection, in-process checks during production, and a pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample and specification. Pattern files and colour references are kept on record to ensure consistency across repeat orders.

Yes. We have experience developing garments that meet Australian safety and compliance standards, including hi-vis requirements, flame-retardant specifications, and AS/NZS standards where applicable. Please provide the specific compliance requirements in your brief and we will confirm our capability.

We have access to a range of FR fabric options including Modacrylic/Cotton blends, Aramid/FR Viscose, Nomex/Viscose, and Lenzing FR. We also have experience with treatments such as 3XDRY and Coldblack. Please specify your FR requirements and we will recommend the appropriate fabric solution.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

Yes. We coordinate all export documentation and freight by sea or air depending on your timeline and budget and deliver to your nominated Australian warehouse or address. We handle the logistics so you don’t have to.

Sea freight from China to Australia typically takes 18–25 days depending on the port. Air freight is faster typically 5–7 days and is available for urgent requirements at additional cost. We will advise the best freight option based on your delivery timeline.

Yes. We can manage garment labelling (woven labels, heat transfer labels, hang tags), individual poly-bagging, carton packing, and custom packaging where required. These details are confirmed during the development stage.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All pricing is provided by quotation based on your specific garment, fabric, quantity, and program requirements. We don’t publish price lists because every program is different. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide a detailed quote.

Because garment pricing depends on dozens of variables  fabric specification, construction complexity, branding requirements, order quantity, and more. A price list would either be misleading or so wide-ranging as to be useless. We prefer to quote accurately based on your actual requirements.
