Brief & Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. You share your requirements — whether that's a detailed technical specification, an existing sample, or a general concept. We ask the right questions to understand your end use, your client's needs, quantity requirements, and timeline. This stage costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Free & no commitmentFabric Selection
Based on your brief, we recommend fabrics from our established supplier network — matching performance requirements (durability, washability, FR rating, moisture management), aesthetic preferences, and budget. We can also work with fabrics you specify or have already sourced.
Performance & aesthetic matchedSample Development
We develop a physical sample to your specification — whether we're working from your existing garment, a technical spec sheet, or a design brief we've developed together. You review the fit, construction, and finish, and provide feedback. We revise until you're satisfied. Production never begins without your written sample approval.

Once samples are approved, we place production across our vetted factory network — selecting the facility best suited to your garment type, fabric, and volume. We manage the production timeline, coordinate with factories, and monitor progress throughout the production run.

Before shipment, every order undergoes a quality inspection against the approved sample and specifications. We check construction, measurements, branding, labelling, and finish. Any garments that don't meet specifications are rejected or corrected before they leave the factory.

We coordinate export documentation and freight — sea or air, depending on your timeline and requirements. Garments are delivered to your nominated Australian address, ready for distribution.

Minimum order quantities start from approximately 200–300 pieces per style.
Production lead time is typically 60–90 days after sample approval — depending on garment complexity and fabric sourcing.
Sampling is always included as part of our process. No garment goes into production without an approved sample.
We work on a B2B basis only. We do not sell direct to end consumers or wearers.
